General Information:
Orgadata ME DMCC will be delivering the license according to the License Agreement which has been signed by the Customers. Here you can find a standard delivery policy and conditions. For more detail please contact us our customer representatives. Once you placed an order and make the payment online our customer representatives will be contacting you for the approval of the License Agreement. Each delivery will be including a shipment of a Dongle. Dongle is the USB decoder for running our software. Each dongle indicates a license. For more information, please refer to the license agreement.
Delivery Location:
Orgadata services will be delivered at the customer address mentioned on License Agreement. Delivery will be done with the training at the customer premises. If the customer is not willing to have a training, then delivery will be done with cargo services. Any cargo shipments outside of UAE will be a subject to be invoiced to the customer.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Sunday to Thursday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, ordered modules, required training dates, availability of the customer and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate training periods.

Delivery Costs:
The costs for training and the shipment of the dongle in UAE is included in the prices. During the training all expenses of accommodation and travel has to be bear by the customer if the delivery and training is outside of UAE.
