Once the software is installed, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software and we have all the abilities for you to subscribe and invest the minimum amount of funds and time of yours to understand what you are paying for. There is no refund policy but there is always an ability to stop subscriptions prior to the end of the subscription time.
During your trial period, our training staff will install, configure and train your staff. We strongly recommend that all customers should have the trial version of any product prior to making a subscription.
